About

"Be so silent you can hear the grass grow. Then pick up the brush and paint that silence." — Osho

My art emerges from meditative stillness. Through thirty years of practice rooted in Advaita Vedanta and the non-dual traditions, I have come to recognise a quality of perception that is open, clear, and free of agenda. From that place of open awareness — using digital media as a reflective instrument, oil paint as a physical practice, and silence as the true medium — images arise that are not constructed but allowed. The work is an invitation: to pause, to sense the luminous quality of what is, and to recognise something that was always already here.
